Installation Guide

In order to use the 3 registration scripts in this directory, ensure that the following modules are installed:
    - argparse
    - matplotlib
    - nibabel
    - numpy
    - scipy
    - skimage
    - tifffile
    - torch

Additionally, the following custom Python modules must be cloned from GitHub. The locations of these repositories on your local device will be used as input arguments for all 3 scripts
    - emlddmm (https://github.com/twardlab/emlddmm)
    - donglab_workflows (https://github.com/twardlab/donglab_workflows)
